After much consideration, we decided that the wedding/reception itself will be alcohol free for various reasons. However we are planning a 21+ "afterparty" if anyone would like to join. Those with underage children who want to join will have to arrange a caretaker.

We do not feel that gifts are required or expected, as 1) we have everything we need and 2) we are rather quirky in our preferences. Well wishes are enough for us. If you do feel that a gift is a non-negotiable part of a wedding, gift cards are more than enough.

We do not see the need to hire a Photographer or a Videographer, as everyone has a phone, plus several family members do photography as a hobby. We will be asking everyone to please email and/or share pictures and videos to us, so that we can pick our favorites and create an album.
